I have a brag!
I discovered today that my Straussdog had won a place in the Assistance Dog Advocacy Project’s Hall of Fame! For what, you ask? For being one of the most memorable assistance dogs of 2011!
I am so insanely excited and proud to have received this honor. It may seem small and piddly to some, but with so many other seasoned SD handlers and their dogs entered, I wasn’t really expecting anything at all.
There are not enough words to describe how I felt when I found out today, so I shall simply close this short post with this.
Thank you, my Mousedog, for keeping me up when I stumble, picking me up when I fall, and loving me just because I love you. You ask for nothing, but give everything, and for that I will be forever grateful.
Flail on,
– Classical Spazz
He is an amazing dog, if not a little noisy. 🙂
